Alwyn Fernandes is a distinguished music producer and guitarist with a prolific career spanning over four decades. Born into a musical family in the coastal town of Mangalore, South India, Alwyn began his musical journey under the guidance of Fr. Walter Albuquerque, a renowned violinist. He later joined the Mandd Sobhann Troupe, led by legendary Konkani composer and cultural activist Eric Ozario, where he honed his passion for guitar playing.

As a self-taught guitarist, Alwyn made the pivotal decision to pursue music as a career and relocated to Bangalore in the early '90s. There, he was mentored by jazz legend Gerard Machado, who introduced him to the vibrant live music scene. This mentorship fostered a lasting friendship with Sandeep Chowta, with whom Alwyn co-founded the band "Pulse." The band achieved notable success, winning the first "Billboard Viewers' Choice Award" and three Diva Awards for their album "Children of the World."Alwyn's musical repertoire spans a diverse array of genres, including heavy metal, jazz, fusion, rock, pop, folk, Indian classical, and film music. He has been a key figure in groundbreaking bands such as W.A.R.D.E.N, Sign Of Four, Millennium, Livin' Machine, and Karma 6.
